Facilitation Skills
Most companies use group and project work as a means to engage and involve their people and in order to get concrete plans and actions. Facilitating a group takes skill and a poorly facilitated group is unlikely to produce useful output.
This session helps existing and potential facilitators to understand which approaches are effective, to utilise their own style and to ensure effective outcomes for the sessions they run.
