TQUK Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care
The qualification develops a learner’s knowledge relating to the role of person-centred care planning at the end of life. The course is suitable for those currently working in a caring environment, or those looking to seek employment in a care worker position.
You will develop an understanding of factors regarding communication in end of life care and the care planning involved in this sensitive area. The course will cover other topics such as, managing pain and discomfort, the effects that dementia can have on end of life care and the role of the care worker in time of death.

Entry requirements
There are no specific entry requirements, however, learners should have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

- Understand How to Work in End of Life Care

All materials are provided for you to complete the course. However, you will need access to a PC/laptop and suitable Wi-Fi to access teaching and learning.
