Cookery School: Decadent Desserts
From cakes and bakes to tarts and tiramisu, if you want to learn how to give classic puddings a professional twist, this course is for you.
Focusing on elevating a range of classic desserts and family favourites while relying on York’s chocolate heritage, our resident Culinary Master, Graham Fyfe, will show you how to produce decadent desserts worthy of the best restaurant (and your Instagram page)!
Over the course of 5 weeks, Graham will demonstrate how to produce a range of classic desserts and work with you as you work in our professional standard training kitchens to produce and present these gastronomic beauties.
Everything you produced in the session can be taken home to be enjoyed or shared.
No prior cookery experience is needed to join this class so if you love a pud or just want to impress with your decadent desserts, Graham is here to help with tips and guidance on how to whip up stunning sweet dishes that are sure to impress friends and family.
At the end of the session, you will take home what you have produced to enjoy.
Any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances can be accommodated within the menu for the day. Please contact Graham at gfyfe@yorkcollege.ac.uk to discuss any specific requirements.
